Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung in der Portfolio-Management-Funktion in den Bereichen Real Estate Equity und Real Estate Debt
  • Begleitung des Transaktions- und Laufzeitmanagements von Darlehensportfolios, Bestandsimmobilien und Projektentwicklungen
  • Mitarbeit im Cash- und Liquiditätsmanagement auf Fondsebene sowie bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Ermittlung und Auswertung relevanter KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Datenbanken
  • Erstellung interner und externer Reports und Auswertungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Projekte

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder wirtschaftsmathematisches Studium, eine Ausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Fund Administration, Audit, Accounting oder Financial Reporting, beispielsweise durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung; idealerweise mit Bezug zu Real Estate oder Alternative Investment Funds
  • Grundkenntnisse der Prozesse im Bereich Alternative Investment Funds und Fund Administration sowie Interesse, diese weiter auszubauen
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie gute analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Professionelles Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel
  • Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Proaktive, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
