Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie gestalten die digitale Transformation unseres Finanzbereichs von Anfang an mit und arbeiten eng mit Accounting, Controlling und IT zusammen
  • Sie analysieren Prozesse, die sich auf den Finanzbereich auswirken, auch dort, wo sie in anderen Abteilungen beginnen, und machen sie transparent
  • Sie erkennen Verbesserungspotenziale und gestalten Prozesse neu, bevor sie digitalisiert werden
  • Sie betrachten Abläufe ganzheitlich, von den Zuständigkeiten bis zu den Datenflüssen, und entwickeln daraus gemeinsam mit IT und Dienstleistern die passende Lösung
  • Sie gestalten die Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O fachlich mit, vom Prozessdesign über Tests bis zur Schulung der Teams
  • Sie entwickeln bestehende Workflow- und Dokumentenmanagementlösungen weiter, testen neue Werkzeuge bis hin zu KI und bauen, wo es passt, auch selbst etwas
  • Sie denken saubere Stammdaten von Anfang an mit und erarbeiten gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Bereichen Vorschläge, wie Daten gepflegt und verantwortet werden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 2 bis 3 Jahre) im Accounting, Controlling, in der Prozessberatung oder einem Shared Service Center; Sie wissen, wie ein Monatsabschluss von innen aussieht
  • Sie verstehen einen Prozess zuerst, bevor Sie ihn ändern, und haben den Mut, ihn grundlegend neu zu denken, wo es sinnvoll ist
  • Erfahrung in der Verbesserung oder Automatisierung von Prozessen, idealerweise mit einem Blick für Zuständigkeiten und Datenqualität
  • Erfahrung mit Workflow-, DMS- oder ERP-Systemen, Business-Intelligence-Lösungen oder Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN) ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Sie können komplexe Themen einfach erklären, wollen nicht verwalten, sondern verändern, und haben Lust, sich mit uns weiterzuentwickeln
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse
