Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de E-commerce para liderar a estratégia e a gestão da operação digital D2C das marcas do grupo, impulsionando o crescimento do canal, a rentabilidade do negócio e a excelência na experiência de compra dos clientes.Esse(a) profissional será responsável por gerir e desenvolver a operação de e-commerce de ponta a ponta, garantindo a integração entre as áreas de Marketing, Estilo, Comercial, Tecnologia e Logística. Terá papel estratégico na definição de iniciativas, análise de indicadores, otimização de resultados e identificação de novas oportunidades de negócio, assegurando que a performance digital esteja alinhada aos objetivos e ao posicionamento das marcas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer responsável pelo resultado do e-commerce das marcas do grupo, incluindo receita, conversão, ticket médio, CAC, LTV e eficiência operacional Definir e conduzir a estratégia digital por marca, alinhada ao posicionamento, maturidade e objetivos de crescimento Liderar as frentes de comunicação, analytcs, operação e experiência do usuárioLiderar e desenvolver equipes orientadas a dados, com foco em resultados e impacto no negócio Garantir a integração entre performance, comunicação, operação e relacionamento com o cliente Priorizar iniciativas estratégicas, roadmap de evolução da plataforma e melhorias de experiência Garantir excelência da operação de e-commerce end-to-end (navegação, campanhas, coleções, jornada, checkout, integrações, operação) Atuar como principal interlocutor entre negócio, marketing, tecnologia, e demais áreas Desenvolver líderes e equipes com foco em dados, resultado e excelência na execução Garantir governança, consistência e escala na gestão multimarcas

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida e comprovada em e-commerce Vivência com gestão de performance, mídia e growth Experiência em liderança e gestão de times multidisciplinares Forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e foco em resultados Diferencial: experiência com VTEX, experiência em varejo de moda ou modelos D2C Visão de negócio e mentalidade de dono Capacidade de decisão e priorização Liderança madura, estruturadora e influente
