O Coordenador de E-commerce é responsável pela gestão e desenvolvimento das operações de vendas online, garantindo a otimização da experiência do cliente, o aumento da conversão e a implementação de estratégias para o crescimento do canal digital. Atua na administração de plataformas de e-commerce, integração com marketplaces, análise de performance e desenvolvimento de ações para impulsionar as vendas.

Seu dia a dia:

  • Coordenar e otimizar a operação do e-commerce, incluindo a loja virtual e integrações com marketplaces.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para aumentar tráfego, conversão e ticket médio.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), abandono de carrinho e ROI de campanhas.
  • Coordenar o cadastro, descrição e atualização de produtos na plataforma.
  • Planejar e executar ações promocionais e campanhas em conjunto com o time de marketing.
  • Monitorar a concorrência e as tendências do mercado digital para identificar oportunidades.
  • Acompanhar o andamento dos processos de atendimento ao cliente em plataformas e sites.
  • Coordenar a experiência do usuário (UX) no site, buscando melhorias contínuas.
  • Coordenar investimentos em mídia paga para maximizar resultados.
  • Apoiar o setor de pós-vendas nas dúvidas e questionamentos do processo.
  • Apoiar e acompanha processos de devoluções.

Requisitos necessários:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Marketing, Publicidade, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada na gestão de e-commerce e marketplaces.
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de e-commerce (VTEX, Tray, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Familiaridade com SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads e Facebook Ads.
  • Habilidade analítica para interpretar dados e tomar decisões estratégicas.
  • Atuar de forma presencial.
