Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a área Financeira das Empresas SJ, abrangendo tesouraria, fluxo de caixa, contas a pagar e a receber, conciliações bancárias e relacionamento com instituições financeiras, assegurando a liquidez, a disciplina de caixa e a confiabilidade das informações financeiras para a Controladoria e a Diretoria. Gerir e desenvolver a equipe Financeira, promovendo a padronização e a integração dos processos entre as empresas do grupo. Negociar condições comerciais com instituições financeiras, acompanhar aplicações, financiamentos e necessidades de captação, além de monitorar indicadores, orçamento e riscos financeiros. Garantir a execução dos controles internos, a consistência das informações para o fechamento contábil e o cumprimento dos prazos e das políticas estabelecidas, buscando continuamente maior eficiência e segurança nos processos financeiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Finanças. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças Corporativas, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial.Experiência em gestão de equipes e rotinas de tesouraria e finanças corporativas, preferencialmente em grupos com múltiplas empresas ou unidades de negócio, como holdings, centros de serviços compartilhados (CSC) e grupos hoteleiros ou imobiliários.Experiência consolidada em gestão de fluxo de caixa multiempresa e relacionamento e negociação com instituições financeiras.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão financeira/ERP, como TOTVS, e domínio avançado do Excel.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Presencial.Remuneração: Compatível com o mercado.
