Buscamos um(a) Gerente Financeiro(a) com perfil estratégico, analítico e hands-on, que tenha experiência na estruturação de processos financeiros e capacidade de atuar tanto no planejamento quanto na execução e no acompanhamento das rotinas da área.

Procuramos um profissional com visão de negócio, foco em resultados e habilidade para transformar informações financeiras em decisões estratégicas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Estruturar, implementar e aprimorar processos, políticas e controles financeiros.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar o planejamento financeiro e orçamentário da empresa.
  • Elaborar, analisar e acompanhar a DRE gerencial, identificando oportunidades de melhoria dos resultados.
  • Gerenciar o fluxo de caixa, capital de giro e projeções financeiras.
  • Supervisionar e atuar diretamente, quando necessário, nas rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber, conciliações e tesouraria.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores financeiros, garantindo informações confiáveis para a tomada de decisões.
  • Analisar custos, despesas e rentabilidade de projetos e contratos.
  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe financeira, assegurando eficiência operacional e cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Apoiar a Diretoria nas decisões financeiras e na gestão de riscos do negócio.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em gestão financeira, planejamento orçamentário, fluxo de caixa e DRE gerencial.
  • Vivência comprovada na estruturação e melhoria de processos financeiros.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de indicadores.
  • Excel avançado e domínio de sistemas ERP.
  • Capacidade de transitar entre atividades estratégicas, táticas e operacionais.

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou Gestão Empresarial.
  • Experiência em empresas com operações por projetos, contratos ou serviços.
  • Vivência em ambientes de transformação e estruturação de processos.
