This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys working closely with customers while driving operational excellence. As Operations Manager Service, you will play a key role in ensuring successful execution of service projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the continued development of our service business.
Your Role
As Operations Manager Service, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of service activities and projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, you will ensure that service deliveries are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with agreed quality, cost, and time requirements.
You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and oversee project execution from planning through completion. Through close collaboration with customers, technicians, project teams, and internal functions, you will ensure a structured and professional approach to service delivery.
The role requires both a customer-oriented and commercially minded approach, as you will be expected to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise will enable you to provide valuable support and guidance throughout project execution, ensuring that solutions meet both customer expectations and business objectives.
Your Profile
You have a technical background combined with strong project management capabilities and a passion for delivering value to customers. We imagine that you have a background as a Technical Project Manager, Marine Engineer, Project Manager, or similar. You are comfortable working in an international environment and have demonstrated your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on quality and results.
As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where customer interaction is a natural part of everyday work. You enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities and have a strong ability to build trusting relationships with customers as well as colleagues across the organization.
You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills and are able to navigate effectively between technical discussions and commercial considerations. At the same time, you are driven by creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.
