En Coforge estamos buscando un Analista de QA Funcional Semisenior con experiencia en pruebas funcionales, preferentemente en el sector bancario y en proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles. Buscamos un profesional orientado a la calidad del software, con conocimientos en diseño y ejecución de casos de prueba, pruebas de rendimiento y automatización web y móvil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar casos de prueba aplicando técnicas que permitan validar los flujos funcionales y cubrir los escenarios críticos de las aplicaciones.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales en proyectos ágiles, verificando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos.
  • Gestionar y documentar casos de prueba utilizando Jira Xray y el lenguaje Gherkin.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas de rendimiento utilizando JMeter.
  • Participar en la automatización de casos de prueba para aplicaciones web y móviles en Android e iOS.
  • Revisar registros de servicios para identificar incidencias y apoyar el análisis de errores mediante herramientas como WinSCP y New Relic.
  • Realizar pruebas de servicios utilizando Postman y SoapUI.
  • Consultar y validar información en bases de datos mediante SQL y MySQL.
  • Apoyar la validación de canales digitales bancarios y sistemas de pantalla negra IBM.
  • Compartir conocimientos funcionales y del negocio con nuevos integrantes del equipo de QA.

Requisitos indispensables

  • De 2 a 3 años de experiencia laboral en pruebas funcionales.
  • Experiencia en pruebas funcionales para proyectos ágiles.
  • De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en pruebas funcionales en el sector bancario.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de rendimiento con JMeter.
  • Conocimientos en automatización de casos de prueba web y móviles para Android e iOS.
  • Conocimientos en diseño de casos de prueba y técnicas de validación funcional.
  • Manejo de Jira Xray y lenguaje Gherkin para el diseño de casos de prueba.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimientos de Java y bases de datos.
  • Experiencia con herramientas y frameworks de automatización, como Selenium, SoapUI, Serenity BDD, Screenplay, Appium y RestAssured.
  • Conocimientos de Postman, SQL y MySQL.
  • Experiencia en integración de pruebas automatizadas en procesos de integración y despliegue continuos (CI/CD).
  • Conocimientos de metodologías y marcos de trabajo ágiles, como Scrum, Kanban y Lean.
  • Conocimientos de canales digitales bancarios y sistemas IBM de pantalla negra, como CICS y ZOC7.
  • Experiencia en revisión de registros de servicios con herramientas como WinSCP y New Relic.
