En Coforge estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Calidad de Software QA con experiencia en automatización de pruebas, prácticas ágiles y aseguramiento de la calidad durante todo el ciclo de desarrollo de software. Buscamos profesionales capaces de diseñar estrategias de prueba, automatizar escenarios y garantizar la calidad de las soluciones mediante pruebas funcionales y no funcionales.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Participar en la definición y el refinamiento de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación para pruebas funcionales, manuales y automatizadas, así como pruebas no funcionales.
  • Estimar, priorizar y planificar las actividades de prueba, incluyendo la estrategia, los accesos, la preparación de datos, la automatización, la ejecución y la gestión de defectos.
  • Diseñar estrategias de prueba de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos.
  • Determinar qué pruebas se ejecutarán manualmente y cuáles se automatizarán.
  • Diseñar casos de prueba aplicando técnicas especializadas y redactarlos utilizando la sintaxis Gherkin.
  • Revisar y gestionar la reutilización, actualización o eliminación de casos de prueba manuales y automatizados que hayan quedado obsoletos.
  • Aplicar marcos de trabajo de pruebas continuas y de rendimiento.
  • Gestionar los datos de prueba para escenarios funcionales y no funcionales en ambientes de desarrollo, certificación y producción, según corresponda.
  • Ejecutar pruebas tempranas en ambientes de desarrollo y pruebas de certificación, incluyendo validaciones funcionales y no funcionales.
  • Gestionar los defectos identificados y realizar seguimiento hasta su resolución.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de seguridad y monitorear los resultados de las pruebas funcionales y no funcionales.
  • Monitorear incidencias en los ambientes de desarrollo y certificación.
  • Identificar riesgos, impedimentos y dependencias, y proponer planes de acción para resolverlos.
  • Definir y ejecutar el Plan de Pruebas de Ratificación (PPR) y realizar seguimiento a los resultados posteriores a la puesta en producción.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Experiencia de 4 a 6 años en Quality Engineering Automation.
  • Conocimientos de ISTQB y técnicas de prueba de software.
  • Experiencia en diseño de estrategias de prueba y desarrollo guiado por comportamiento (BDD).
  • Experiencia en pruebas de backend, incluyendo automatización.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de aplicaciones web y de escritorio, tanto manuales como automatizadas.
  • Conocimientos de automatización con Selenium, Rest Assured, Karate DSL, Serenity, Appium o Cucumber.
  • Conocimientos de programación con Java o JavaScript.
  • Experiencia en gestión de pruebas con Jira, Xray y Gherkin.
  • Manejo de herramientas de integración continua y control de versiones, como Jenkins y Bitbucket.
  • Conocimientos de pruebas de seguridad y lineamientos OWASP.
  • Manejo de Postman y conocimientos de bases de datos como MongoDB.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimientos de DevSecOps aplicado a pruebas.
  • Experiencia en administración de configuración, control de versiones y gestión de ramas.
  • Experiencia en administración de datos de prueba, casos y escenarios de prueba.
  • Conocimientos de patrones de diseño aplicados a pruebas.
  • Experiencia en pruebas funcionales y no funcionales en dispositivos móviles.
  • Conocimientos de fundamentos y técnicas de pruebas de rendimiento.
  • Experiencia en monitoreo mediante herramientas como Dynatrace.
