Die emproc BPM Bau- und Projektmanagement aus Berlin ist Teil der encoviva Unternehmensgruppe mit über 500 Mitarbeitenden an mehr als 20 Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und Rumänien. Die BPM hat sich auf die Steuerung und Optimierung komplexer Bauprojekte spezialisiert.

Zur Verstärkung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams suchen wir im Bereich Baumanagement mit Schwerpunkt Bauüberwachung [LPH8] einen Architekten (m/w/d) oder einen Bauingenieur (m/w/d). Der künftige Arbeitsplatz wird am Standort Berlin in Charlottenburg, Savignyplatz 9-10 in 10623 Berlin sein.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Objektüberwachung gemäß LP 8, § 34 HOAI
  • Koordination und Schnittstellenkoordination, Terminplanung, -steuerung und -überwachung
  • Kosten-, Nachtrags- und Rechnungsmanagement
  • Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Firmen

Ihr Profil

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauwesen oder Architektur oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Leistungsphase 8
  • Analytische, strukturierte und strategische Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen insbesondere im Bereich Baukonstruktion
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Team-, Dialog- und Kritikfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office-Produkten und AVA-Software sowie CAD-Kenntnisse
