Um unseren Wachstumskurs weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir einen Director Mergers & Acquisition (m/w/d), der unsere Buy-Side-Pipeline im Bereich Bau, Immobilien und im Gebäudesektor mit Expertise verantwortet und unsere nationale und internationale Partnerschaft weiter ausbaut.

Ihre Mission: In dieser Schlüsselrolle steuern Sie den gesamten M&A Prozess – von der ersten Identifikation attraktiver Märkte/Unternehmen, über Deal Sourcing und Due Diligence Begleitung, Kaufvertragsverhandlungen bis hin zum erfolgreichen Closing sowie der Übergabe in den operativen Bereich. Sie arbeiten als Sparringspartner sehr eng mit unserem CEO, dem Managementteam und unseren Investoren zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Proaktiver Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks zu Unternehmern und Vertretern im Bau- und Immobiliengewerbe, um attraktive Opportunitäten zu identifizieren.
  • Bewertung von nationalen und internationalen Märkten und Unternehmen unter Berücksichtigung branchenspezifischer Kennzahlen (z.B. Auftragsbestand, Projektrenditen etc).
  • Begleitung der Due Diligence und die Finanzmodellierung von Business Cases und Strukturierung komplexer Akquisitionsfinanzierungen.
  • Führung von Kaufverhandlungen mit Verkäufern und Beratern.
  • Mitgestaltung der Unternehmens- und Wachstumsstrategie sowie der Post-Merger-Integration in die Gruppe.

Ihr Profil

  • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (MBA/Promotion von Vorteil).
  • Langjährig fundierte buy-Side Erfahrung im M&A-Bereich (M&A-Beratung oder In-House M&A/Corporate Development im Private Equity Umfeld).
  • Verständnis der Wertschöpfungskette in der Bau- und Immobilienbranche sowie ein Gespür für die aktuellen Markttrends.
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse in der Finanzmodellierung sowie Sicherheit in der Bewertung und Strukturierung von Beteiligungen.
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, hohe Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit diplomatischer Verhandlungsführung und die Fähigkeit, in einem ergebnisorientierten PE-Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Ausgeprägt starke Kommunikations-Skills für den Austausch mit Stakeholdern.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
