Die encoviva Holding GmbH ist ein Netzwerk führender Unternehmen, die sich auf Beratung und Planung für Neubauprojekte und Bestandsrevitalisierung spezialisiert haben. Für die operative Steuerung unserer wachsenden Plattform und die Integration neuer Beteiligungen suchen wir einen umsetzungsstarken Director Operations (m/w/d) Business Unit Beratung für die Bereiche Bauüberwachung, Bauprojektmanagement, Projektsteuerung und Nachhaltigskeitsberatung.

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle berichten Sie direkt an den CEO und agieren als Bindeglied zwischen der Holding und den operativen Partnergesellschaften (Portfolio-Unternehmen) im Bereich Beratung.

  • Führung der Business Unit Beratung mit dem Leistungsspektrum, Bauüberwachung, Bauprojektmanagement, Projektsteuerung und Nachhaltigkeitsberatung der encoviva Gruppe
  • Kundengewinnung, -entwicklung und -vertiefung zusammen mit den Partnergesellschaften
  • Wissensmanagement und Aufarbeitung der Partnerexpertise zur Veröffentlichung am Markt (z.B. Paneldiskussionen, White-Paper)
  • Steuerung und Monitoring der operativen Performance unserer Partnergesellschaften anhand definierter KPIs im Hinblick Auslastung, Marge etc. sowie die Implementierung von Best-Practice Standards und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsführer (MDs) der Partnergesellschaften in strategischen, operativen und wirtschaftlichen Fragen
  • Begleitung des Wachstums durch Due Diligence, insbesondere bei der Bewertung der unternehmerischen Substanz und Prozessreife von potenziell neuen Partnergesellschaften im In- und Ausland

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Steuerung von Unternehmen oder Business Units, vorzugsweise aus den Bereichen Bauprojektmanagement, Projektsteuerung oder einer spezialisierten Bauberatung
  • Berufliche Erfahrung in einem Private-Equity-Umfeld oder einer beratungsintensiven Firmenorganisation aus den Bereichen Baumanagement, Bauprojektsteuerung oder Bauüberwachung
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit nachweislich Performance-Steigerungen von Teams, idealerweise in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen
  • Ausgeprägt integrative Fähigkeiten von neuen Organisationen, Personen und Systemen
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, „Hands-on“-Mentalität, Reisebereitschaft und der Wille, Strukturen in einem dynamischen Umfeld aktiv zu bauen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
