Um die IT Landschaft der encoviva Gruppe maßgeblich zu formen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Senior IT Manager (m/w/d) mit Dienstsitz in München.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer gruppenweiten IT-Strategie, abgestimmt auf die Buy-&-Build-Strategie von encoviva
  • Verantwortung für den Aufbau von IT-Prozessen, Policies und Dokumentationen mit der Perspektive ein zentrales IT Team zu führen
  • Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Priorisierung von IT-Investitionen
  • Unterstützung innovativer KI Initiativen zur Optimierung der Prozesse und Dienstleistungen der encoviva
  • Definition einer skalierbaren Ziel-IT-Architektur und Standardisierung von IT-Systemen und -Prozessen über alle Portfolio-Unternehmen hinweg
  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer modernen IT-Infrastruktur sowie die Einführung und Betreuung zentraler Business-Applikationen (ERP, CRM etc.)
  • Verantwortung für Netzwerke, Server, Endgeräte, Identity & Access Management
  • Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister, MSPs und Softwareanbieter
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung eines ganzheitlichen IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzkonzepts sowie Verantwortung für Cyber Security, Backup- & Recovery-Konzepte, Notfall- und Incident-Management
  • Sicherstellung der DSGVO-Compliance sowie relevanter IT-Standards (z. B. ISO 27001 – perspektivisch)
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Security-Audits und Awareness-Maßnahmen
  • IT-seitige Begleitung von Unternehmensakquisitionen (IT Due Diligence)
  • Planung und Umsetzung der IT-Integration neuer Portfolio-Unternehmen sowie die Integration von Systemen, Daten und Sicherheitsstandards in den bestehenden encoviva Blueprint beim Eintritt neuer Partner

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Management, idealerweise in wachstumsstarken oder dezentralen Organisationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Azure, AWS), Netzwerken und Security
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von skalierbaren IT-Strukturen und Standards
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für IT-Security, Datenschutz und Compliance
  • Erfahrung mit M&A- oder Integrationsprojekten von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, hohe Eigenverantwortung und pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
