Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine Projektassistenz/Teamassistenz (m/w/d) für den Standort in Berlin.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administrative Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung komplexer Ingenieurprojekte
  • Rechnerische und sachliche Prüfung von Projektrechnungen, Bauabrechnungen sowie Nachtragsforderungen
  • Begleitung und Mitwirkung im Prozess der Angebotserstellung sowie bei der Nachtragsbearbeitung
  • Wahrnehmung allgemeiner Sekretariatsaufgaben, Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts und Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Büroorganisation

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte und nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im Bereich der Sekretariatsarbeit und Büroorganisation
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie gutes technisches Grundverständnis für projektspezifische Zusammenhänge
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen sowie praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit AVA-Software (z. B. iTWO)
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise; ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie ein freundliches, sicheres und zuvorkommendes Auftreten
