Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung und Bauleitung in den Leistungsphasen 6–9 HOAI für Projekte der Elektrotechnik, idealerweise ergänzend MSR-Technik
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Steuerung der Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe (LP 7), einschließlich Prüfung und Wertung von Angeboten sowie Mitwirkung bei der Vergabeempfehlung
  • Örtliche Bauüberwachung (LP 8): Koordination und Überwachung der ausführenden Firmen, Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle, Baubesprechungen, Mängelmanagement und Abnahmen
  • Objektbetreuung und Dokumentation (LP 9), inklusive Gewährleistungsverfolgung
  • Kaufmännische Verantwortung für die betreuten Projekte: Budget- und Kostenverfolgung, Nachtragsmanagement, Rechnungsprüfung sowie internes und externes Reporting
  • Unternehmerisches Handeln im Rahmen der Projektverantwortung: Erkennen von Chancen und Risiken, wirtschaftliche Optimierung der Projekte sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards im Büro
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern – u. a. Bauherr, Nutzer, Behörden, Architektur, Fachplanern und ausführenden Gewerken
  • Fachliche Führung und Anleitung von Projektmitarbeitenden sowie Unterstützung bei der Akquise und Angebotserstellung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, der Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation (mind. NQR 6 / EQR 6)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projekt- und Bauleitung von TGA- und Elektrotechnik-Projekte, gerne ergänzend im Bereich Mess- Steuer- Regeltechnik
  • Fundierte und breite Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen, Vorschriften und Richtlinien (u. a. HOAI, VOB, DIN-Normen, VDI-Richtlinien, Landesbauordnungen sowie brandschutz- und anlagenspezifische Vorschriften) und sichere Anwendung in der Projektpraxis
  • Insbesondere fundierte Kenntnisse der HOAI und der Leistungsphasen 6–9
  • Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Projektsteuerung, im Nachtragsmanagement und in der Budgetverantwortung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ein ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres, souveränes Auftreten in der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Planungs- und MS-Office-Software; CDE-/BIM-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Baustellenterminen
