Die emproc GmbH aus Berlin ist seit über 20 Jahren eines der führenden Beratungsunternehmen in der Projektsteuerung mit den Schwerpunkten Kostensteuerung und Kostenplanung von Hochbau‑ und Infrastrukturprojekten.

Neben dieser Kernkompetenz übernimmt die emproc seit vielen Jahren auch Aufgaben in der Projektsteuerung. Die emproc steuert nationale und internationale Großprojekte für private und öffentliche Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplaner und Investoren.

Die emproc ist ein Gruppenunternehmen der encoviva GmbH aus München. Die encoviva Gruppe beschäftigt über 450 Mitarbeitende in 11 Gesellschaften mit über 20 Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und Rumänien.

Als Verstärkung für das emproc Team in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Projektsteuerer (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projektsteuerungsleistungen angelehnt an das Leistungsbild der AHO über alle Projektstufen sowie Handlungsbereiche in komplexen und spannenden Großprojekten
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Einbringen Ihrer Fähigkeiten zur erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung sowie persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Übernahme von Teilbereichen/ -leistungen mit eigenständiger Abwicklung
  • Anwenden von markt- sowie berufsüblicher Projektsoftware wie z.B. Microsoft Project
  • Strategische Bauherrenberatung in kaufmännischen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) der Fachrichtungen Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Fachrichtung Bauwesen), Architektur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung von Hochbau- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Denken
  • Durchsetzungs- und Überzeugungskraft gegenüber den Projektpartnern
  • Analytische, strukturierte und strategische Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie am Arbeiten im Team
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office-Produkten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Level C2)
