Während deines dualen BWL‑Studiums verbindest du theoretische Inhalte an der DHSH mit spannenden Praxiseinsätzen bei ENERTRAG. Du erhältst einen umfassenden Einblick in unsere kaufmännischen Abläufe und arbeitest von Anfang an aktiv mit.

👉 Werde Teil unseres Teams in Lübeck als dualer Student (m/w/d) und arbeite mit uns an unserer Mission: Erneuerbare Energien nachhaltig erzeugen. Damit die Erde lebenswert bleibt.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du durchläufst verschiedene kaufmännische Bereiche, unter anderem:Controlling — Unterstützung bei Auswertungen, Analysen und Berichten Vertragsmanagement — Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung und Pflege von Vertragsunterlagen Rechnungswesen — Einblicke in Buchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr und Kostenstrukturen Auftragsbearbeitung — Begleitung operativer Prozesse rund um unsere Anlagen Einkauf — Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Lieferantenkommunikation und Bedarfsermittlung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Teams zusammen und lernst, wie ein modernes Energieunternehmen wirtschaftlich gesteuert wird.

Qualifikationen

  • Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, Unternehmensprozessen und der Energiewende
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Teamfähigkeit und Motivation, dich aktiv in komplexe Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
