Wir erfassen, analysieren und steuern alle finanziellen Kennzahlen und sorgen für eine verlässliche Buchführung – präzise, vorausschauend und immer im Dienst unserer nachhaltigen Wachstumsziele.

👉 Werde Teil unseres Teams in Berlin als Senior Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) / Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit und arbeite mit uns an unserer Mission: Erneuerbare Energien nachhaltig erzeugen. Damit die Erde lebenswert bleibt.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du übernimmst die Hauptbuchhaltung und den Jahresabschluss und bist verantwortlich für die korrekte Bilanzierung in Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach deutschem Handelsrecht
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Beteiligte und übernimmst Reporting-Aufgaben sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Du betreust Sonderprojekte im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere im Bereich Prozesse und Verfahrensdokumentationen
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich komplexe Sachverhalte wie Bilanzierung und Bewertung, z. B. bei Umwandlungen, Verschmelzungen, Übernahmen oder ERP-Einführungen

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium und eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
  • Du bringst mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld mit mehrsprachigem Arbeitsumfeld
  • Du hast abschlusssichere Kenntnisse des HGB, IFRS und fundierte Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift) und hast zudem gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du denkst analytisch und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen, Methoden und Prozesse
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, idealerweise auch mit Navision oder DATEV
  • Du besitzt eine Hands-on-Mentalität, arbeitest zielorientiert und bist ein echter Teamplayer
