Estamos em busca um(a) Encarregado(a) de Produção para coordenar a equipe e organizar a fabricação das linhas de ofurôs e produtos pet.

Buscamos um profissional com experiência em marcenaria, habilidade para liderar pessoas e facilidade com números, que acompanhe os pedidos desde o planejamento até a entrega, garantindo qualidade, organização e cumprimento dos prazos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Planejar e organizar a produção conforme os pedidos, as prioridades e os prazos de entrega.
  • Distribuir atividades, orientar os profissionais e acompanhar a execução das tarefas.
  • Coordenar as equipes envolvidas na produção, incluindo a equipe vinculada ao programa LA.
  • Acompanhar a produtividade, a qualidade dos produtos e o andamento dos pedidos.
  • Identificar dificuldades na produção e tomar providências para evitar atrasos.
  • Conferir a disponibilidade de madeira, lixas, cola, parafusos e demais insumos, antecipando necessidades de reposição.
  • Realizar ou apoiar cotações e solicitações de compra de materiais.
  • Apoiar a organização e o controle de estoque em conjunto com o responsável pela área.
  • Alinhar o carregamento e as entregas com o motorista, considerando os horários e as condições climáticas.
  • Propor melhorias nos processos, na organização da produção e no aproveitamento dos materiais.
  • Informar à direção o andamento dos pedidos, as pendências e as necessidades da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência em marcenaria e conhecimento de madeira, materiais e processos de fabricação.
  • Experiência em liderança ou coordenação de equipes de produção.
  • Facilidade com matemática, medidas, quantidades e cálculos de materiais.
  • Capacidade de planejar atividades, definir prioridades e acompanhar prazos.
  • Noções de processos produtivos e controle de estoque.
  • Habilidade para delegar tarefas, orientar pessoas e acompanhar resultados.
  • Boa comunicação com a equipe, a direção, os fornecedores e o motorista.
  • Organização, foco, proatividade e maturidade profissional.
  • Discernimento para resolver problemas e tomar decisões.
  • Compromisso com as entregas e cuidado com os recursos da empresa.

Informações adicionais

  • Modalidade de contratação: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ).
  • Remuneração mensal: R$ 6.000,00.
  • Horário de atuação: segunda a quinta-feira, das 6h45 às 16h45; sexta-feira, das 6h45 às 15h45.
  • Intervalo: 1 hora para almoço.
  • Sábados: sem atividades.
