Procuramos pessoas que valorizem o atendimento personalizado, tenham facilidade para desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes e sejam orientadas para resultados.

Principais atividades

  • Realizar atendimento personalizado, proporcionando uma excelente experiência de compra.
  • Apresentar produtos e coleções, destacando seus diferenciais.
  • Trabalhar com metas individuais e coletivas de vendas.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento e fidelização de clientes.
  • Apoiar na organização da loja e exposição dos produtos.
  • Realizar ações de pós-venda e acompanhamento da carteira de clientes.

Requisitos

  • Experiência com vendas no varejo, preferencialmente no segmento de moda.
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e habilidade de negociação.
  • Foco em resultados e cumprimento de metas.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala e horários de shopping, incluindo finais de semana e feriados, conforme escala.

Diferencial: experiência com moda premium e atendimento consultivo.
