📋 Tasks and responsibilities

This assignment is split into two main parts:

  • 70%: delivery of change activities within strategic projects
  • 30%: support for the Change Office and reinforcement of a lasting change culture

In this role, you support and coach team, programme and project managers on the people side of change within their initiatives.

You contribute to projects such as the implementation of digital tools, including an HRIS, the rollout of tools for technical and field-based employees, the setup and positioning of a new department and team, and the further development of a Change Office and change culture.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities include:

  • building a clear project story and change narrative
  • identifying and mapping impacted stakeholders
  • assessing impacts on different stakeholder groups, including blue-collar and white-collar populations
  • defining a change management plan with the right approach and activities to drive engagement and adoption
  • supporting communication actions by preparing clear and engaging materials
  • developing and delivering training initiatives
  • organising, facilitating and leading workshops and events
  • supporting stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management
  • measuring adoption levels and adjusting the approach where needed
  • working in line with Agile principles
  • providing multilevel reporting within complex project environments
  • helping to manage resistance to change across impacted teams

You also support the Corporate Change Manager in defining and implementing an action plan to anchor a sustainable change culture across the organisation.

📝 Your profile

  • You have solid experience in change management within complex programmes and strategic transformation projects.
  • You have proven experience supporting the implementation and positioning of a new department or team.
  • You have hands-on experience with change management in HRIS-related projects.
  • You are familiar with change initiatives involving both operator profiles (blue collar) and digital or administrative profiles (white collar).
  • You have experience with establishing and implementing a Change Office.
  • You know how to handle resistance to change in complex project settings.
  • You bring experience in a regulated public environment, in an HR context, and ideally in the energy sector.
  • You have worked across at least three different sectors.
  • You are comfortable with business process optimization and project management.
  • You can work with Excel and Power BI.
  • You are certified in Prosci/ADKAR, or you have held this certification in the past.
  • You are familiar with methodologies such as ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter and Lewin.
  • You communicate fluently in French, Dutch and English.
