Functieomschrijving

Voor een project in de farmaceutische sector in Beerse zoeken we een administratief medewerker data integrity binnen supply chain. In deze functie ondersteun je activiteiten rond data integrity en zorg je ervoor dat reviews, toegangen en procedures correct worden opgevolgd volgens de geldende richtlijnen.

  • Je voert Audit Trail Reviews uit volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je werkt samen met het SAP-team om de nodige onderhoudsplannen in SAP op te zetten in lijn met de jaarplanning.
  • Je bespreekt de resultaten van ATR met de verantwoordelijken binnen de afdeling en met QA, en ondersteunt waar nodig bij het bepalen van corrigerende acties.
  • Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in werkinstructies en procedures en werkt deze ook uit en door in de documentatie.
  • Je voert User Access Reviews uit volgens de vastgelegde procedures.
  • Je controleert en actualiseert toegangen.
  • Je waakt erover dat de UAR volledig en correct wordt ondersteund door productie en technische dienst.
  • Je bespreekt de resultaten van UAR met de verantwoordelijken binnen de afdeling en met QA.
  • Je past procedures aan en stelt nieuwe procedures of werkinstructies op.
  • Je bent aanwezig op de productievloer om data te genereren uit systemen van productieapparatuur.
  • Je rapporteert fouten in de datalijnen.
  • Je hebt in deze rol regelmatig afstemming met supply chain, QA en operationele teams binnen een GMP-omgeving.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie binnen een farmaceutische omgeving en bent vertrouwd met GMP.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met computersystemen. Diepgaande technische kennis is niet vereist.
  • Ervaring met data integrity, Audit Trail Reviews, user access reviews of gelijkaardige kwaliteitsprocessen is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
