The posting

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

The assignment will deliver a set of concrete functional and technical requirements that can support a procurement specification and a potential market consultation process planned for early 2027.

As the Data Anonymisation and Test Data Management Architect, you will analyse end-to-end data flows across the application landscape and develop a broadly supported strategy covering:

  • Data anonymisation and pseudonymisation
  • Synthetic data generation
  • Test data management, selection and minimisation
  • Protection of personal data and other sensitive information
  • Preservation of referential integrity and business usability
  • The use of structured and unstructured data in non-production environments

You will act as the link between business and technology. This includes analysing, optimising and documenting security processes and governance, translating testing objectives and business testing scenarios into concrete test data requirements, and documenting data flows across multiple applications.

You will organise and facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, gather and structure missing information, and define the functional and technical requirements needed for a tender. The role requires alignment between business needs, regulatory obligations, technical constraints and future operational requirements.

Your stakeholders will include:

  • Business departments and internal business partners
  • Data management and governance teams
  • Privacy and compliance functions
  • Information security teams
  • Enterprise architecture
  • IT operations and application management teams
  • Testing and quality assurance teams
  • External service providers and vendors

The outcome should be a practical and sustainable strategy for test data management and data anonymisation capabilities.

📝 Your profile

  • You can structure a complex situation, identify missing information and turn your analysis into clear deliverables.
  • You work autonomously and can deliver an end-to-end result.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and can engage with stakeholders at different organisational levels.
  • You are fluent in English and fluent in either French or Dutch.
  • You have a background as a senior Security Consultant.
  • You have experience analysing, optimising and documenting security processes and governance.
  • You understand data architecture, data governance, data management or data engineering.
  • You can translate testing objectives and business testing scenarios into concrete test data requirements.
  • You can analyse and document end-to-end data flows across multiple applications.
  • You have experience with data masking, anonymisation, pseudonymisation or synthetic data, demonstrated through at least one relevant project.
  • You can organise and facilitate workshops and interviews involving business stakeholders.
  • You can define functional and technical requirements for a tender.
  • You are familiar with security management techniques or frameworks such as ISO 2700x, COBIT, NIST or OWASP.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
