Over de functie

In deze functie binnen een semipublieke organisatie in België ondersteun je het productiebeheer. De organisatie staat in voor de veilige verwerking van radioactief afval en de ontmanteling van nucleaire installaties. Je focus ligt op een correcte afvalboekhouding, betrouwbare gegevensverwerking, veiligheid en naleving van de geldende regelgeving.

Resultaatsgebieden

  • Gegevens verzamelen, invoeren en opvolgen, specifieke documenten en dossiers opstellen en administratieve taken binnen het vakgebied verzorgen en coördineren.
  • Afval- en productiegegevens in databases en systemen verwerken, controleren, goedkeuren, actualiseren en opvolgen.
  • Een conformiteitsdossier opmaken ter documentatie en acceptatie van de productie.
  • Afval- en productiegegevens uit interne en externe bronnen analyseren, evalueren en proactief verwerken om interne en externe partners te rapporteren en te adviseren.
  • Rapporteringen opmaken voor NIRAS en interne diensten.
  • Gegevens uit databanken halen ter ondersteuning en advisering van de eigen en andere diensten.
  • Interne afvaldatabanken en toepassingen up-to-date houden, optimaliseren en verbeteren, zodat interne en externe partners efficiënt en correct over de nodige gegevens beschikken.
  • Voorstellen formuleren om de functionaliteiten van afvaldatabanken uit te breiden.
  • Bestaande functionaliteiten in interne toepassingen proactief evalueren in functie van nieuwe behoeften.
  • Inhoudelijke kennis toepassen in nota's, procedures, regelgeving en wetgeving om taken binnen het eigen vakgebied zelfstandig voor te bereiden, te plannen en uit te voeren.
  • Nota's toepassen om afval fysisch-chemisch en radiologisch te karakteriseren en de resultaten te beoordelen volgens de geldende regelgeving, acceptatiecriteria en procedures.
  • Productie- en afvalgegevens coderen en boekhoudkundig verwerken volgens de vastgelegde procedures en acceptatiecriteria.
  • De administratieve opvolging verzorgen voor karakterisering en acceptatie, laboanalyses en specifieke behandelingscampagnes.
  • Technische bezoeken, controles en inspecties organiseren en opvolgen om te voldoen aan interne en externe regelgeving en procedures.
  • Inspecties in de installaties door NIRAS, FANC en andere bevoegde instanties plannen en begeleiden.
  • Controles door NIRAS voorbereiden, organiseren en begeleiden.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als medior Administrative Officer of in een vergelijkbare administratieve functie.
  • Je beschikt over vaardigheden in data-analyse, gegevensbeheer en rapportage.
  • Je hebt kennis van nucleaire regelgeving en kunt procedures, wetgeving en acceptatiecriteria correct toepassen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en projectcoördinatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
