📌 Context

Voor de bacheloropleiding Hotelmanagement, optie Culinary Arts, wordt een opleider, trainer en coach gezocht voor theorie- en praktijklessen, coaching en evaluatie gedurende het academiejaar 2026-2027. De rol omvat ook de begeleiding van de leerbedrijven en de werking van de opleidingsrestaurants. Deze opleiding combineert culinaire vakkennis, operationeel restaurantmanagement en ondernemerschap binnen een driejarige professionele bachelor.

Je wordt ingezet over de drie opleidingsjaren heen en draagt bij aan de continuïteit, kwaliteitsbewaking en professionele profilering van de opleiding. De uitbating van de leerrestaurants loopt over 17 weken per academiejaar.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare communicatieve, didactische en coachende vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt vaktechnische expertise binnen de keukenpraktijk en kan die vertalen naar zowel theorie- als praktijklessen.
  • Je kan les- en cursusmateriaal ontwikkelen en lesgeven aan diverse doelgroepen.
  • Je hebt kennis van keukenorganisatie, leiderschap, ondernemerschap en bedrijfsvoering.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de relevante toepassingen en systemen waarvoor training wordt gegeven.
  • Je bent in staat om lessen te geven in het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Een diploma en/of relevante certificaten moeten beschikbaar zijn.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verzorgt theorie- en praktijklessen binnen Culinary Arts.
  • Je begeleidt studenten in hun leertraject en coacht hen tijdens praktijkmomenten.
  • Je staat mee in voor evaluatie en kwaliteitsbewaking binnen de opleiding.
  • Je ondersteunt de uitbating van de leerbedrijven en de opleidingsrestaurants.
