📋 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Voor een supportrol binnen een SPIA-servicedesk zoeken we een medewerker die incidenten, informatieaanvragen en service requests opvolgt en oplost binnen de domeinen security, privacy en identity & access management (IAM), infrastructuur en DevOps, en accountbeheer. Daarbij horen ook de technische en administratieve opvolging van on- en offboardings.

Daarnaast sta je in voor het uitvoeren en opvolgen van changes binnen deze teams. Je werkt mee aan het opstellen, bewaken en toepassen van security- en privacybeleid, standaarden, procedures en richtlijnen op basis van aangeleverde input. Je ondersteunt interne stakeholders en collega’s en werkt actief mee aan de verdere dienstverlening.

De omgeving ondersteunt IT-systemen voor de Belgische energiemarkt. Toegang tot deze systemen moet voldoen aan duidelijke vereisten rond beveiliging en toegangsbeheer. Je werkt onder meer met Microsoft Entra, Entra ID, Entra Domain Services, Privileged Identity Management, Entra Identity Governance en Microsoft Azure. Als ITSM-tool wordt momenteel TOPdesk gebruikt, met een geplande migratie naar ServiceNow in 2027, waarbij actieve bijdrage verwacht wordt.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring met Azure DevOps en met de betrokken technologie of een vergelijkbare oplossing.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
  • Je hebt een goede basis in IT-netwerken, zoals IP-adressen, subnets, firewalls, routering en DNS.
  • Je hebt ervaring met de technische configuratie en het beheer van Azure.
  • Je hebt ervaring met de technische configuratie en het beheer van Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Je kan technische of operationele processen, procedures en richtlijnen opstellen, opvolgen en uitvoeren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ITIL.
  • Je ontwikkelt automatisaties, bijvoorbeeld met PowerShell.
  • Je werkt vlot samen in teamverband en neemt tegelijk zelfstandig en proactief initiatief.
  • Je bent in het bezit van het AZ-900-certificaat (Azure Fundamentals).
  • Kennis van de Belgische energiemarkt is een plus.
  • Ervaring met Office 365 is meegenomen.
  • Ervaring met TOPdesk en/of ServiceNow is relevant voor deze rol.
  • Een of meerdere relevante Microsoft-certificaten, zoals MS-500, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-300 of SC-900, zijn een meerwaarde.
  • Je beheerst het Frans en het Nederlands.
