The posting

Objectif

La mission consiste à apporter un support au DPO et à réaliser un audit de conformité technique portant sur la sécurité et l'architecture réseau.

La personne retenue travaillera en toute autonomie et remettra la documentation ainsi que les analyses suivantes :

Livrables attendus

  • Livrable 1 : analyse et schéma de l'infrastructure et du réseau Cartographie complète des interconnexions physiques et logiques entre le réseau corporate, les VPN, les réseaux partagés et les bornes publiques. Identification précise des failles de cloisonnement.
  • Livrable 2 : analyse et schéma fonctionnel de sécurité Modélisation de la sécurisation des flux et de la gestion des accès. Évaluation objective du niveau d'exposition des données applicatives. Analyse des politiques de journalisation (logging) et du monitoring associé.
  • Livrable 3 : plan d'action et de remédiation Rédaction d'une feuille de route technique priorisée pour permettre la mise en œuvre d'un plan de remédiation.

Environnement de la mission

La mission s'inscrit dans un environnement public reposant sur des infrastructures réseau partagées. L'organisation dispose également d'un digital workplace et de plateformes externes mis en place dans le cadre de sa transformation numérique engagée depuis 2018.

📝 Votre profil

Vous disposez d'une expérience en tant qu'Expert IT Security Auditor et êtes capable de mener les travaux en totale autonomie.

Les compétences requises sont les suivantes :

  • Expertise en audit IT et en sécurité.
  • Maîtrise de l'architecture d'entreprise et de la réseautique.
  • Connaissance de la BCSS/eHealth.
  • Expérience en gestion des processus métier, en modélisation BPMN et en réingénierie des processus.
  • Compétences en ingénierie documentaire et en investigation IT.
  • Expérience dans de grandes organisations et dans le secteur public.

Langue requise :

  • Français.
