🛠️ Department Description and responsibilities

This position supports a department involved in dredging, land reclamation and marine infrastructure projects. The department works on projects involving ports, waterways, airports, artificial islands, residential and recreational areas, industrial sites, roads and bridges.

🛠️ Primary Tasks and responsibilities

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you provide broad administrative support to the department. You help keep its activities organised and contribute to the effective handling of daily operations.

🛠️ Secondary Tasks and responsibilities

  • Review, prepare and archive documents and presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange other logistical requirements.
  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination between the teams.
  • Prepare and share project updates with stakeholders.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and within the required deadlines.

📝 Your profile

  • You have at least three years of experience in project support or an administrative position.
  • You have strong experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MSP Project is preferred.
  • You are highly organised and can manage several projects simultaneously.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken communication.
  • You have very strong administrative skills and pay close attention to detail.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in communication or administration.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
