Senior MSAT Resource Management Specialist

Binnen een internationale farmaceutische organisatie werk je in het MSAT-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen voor workforce- en resource management correct verlopen. Met betrouwbare data, efficiënte processen en een doordachte inzet van middelen ondersteun je de organisatie in haar dagelijkse werking en toekomstige workforceplanning.

De functie combineert operationele opvolging met procesverbetering en automatisering. Je werkt samen met stakeholders uit finance, operations en de business en draagt bij aan een efficiënte organisatie en verdere initiatieven rond workforceplanning.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bewaakt de datakwaliteit in de resource-managementtool.
  • Je volgt de status van openstaande aanwervingen op.
  • Je faciliteert het kwartaalproces voor charge-outactiviteiten.
  • Je fungeert als SPOC voor vragen over resource management.
  • Je werkt automatiseringsoplossingen tussen systemen uit en test deze.
  • Je actualiseert procesdocumentatie, procesmaps en trainingsmodules.
  • Je ondersteunt toekomstige trajecten rond workforce- en capaciteitsplanning.

📝 Jouw profiel

Je brengt structuur in complexe processen en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende stakeholders. Dankzij je analytisch inzicht leg je snel verbanden in data en processen. Je kunt anderen meenemen in veranderingen, ook zonder formele beslissingsbevoegdheid.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen pharma, manufacturing, Supply Chain of een technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring met workforce planning, resource management of capacity planning.
  • Sterke kennis van data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Professionele kennis van het Engels.
