Functie omschrijving

Als Medior Validation Engineer zorg je ervoor dat installaties, utilities en GMP-faciliteiten aantoonbaar geschikt zijn voor hun beoogde gebruik. Je werkt in een technische en gereguleerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, compliance en veiligheid belangrijk zijn.

Je begeleidt kwalificatie- en validatietrajecten gedurende de volledige levenscyclus. Daarbij werk je samen met engineering, quality, productie, maintenance en externe leveranciers. Met een gestructureerde aanpak zorg je ervoor dat systemen in een gekwalificeerde staat blijven en klaar zijn voor audits en inspecties.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van IQ-, OQ- en PQ-trajecten.
  • Uitwerken van risicoanalyses en kwalificatiestrategieën volgens GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Begeleiden van FAT- en SAT-testen bij leveranciers.
  • Kwalificeren van HVAC-, water-, perslucht- en productie-installaties.
  • Ondersteunen van changes, CAPA's, afwijkingen en rekwalificaties.
  • Opstellen en reviewen van validatiedocumentatie die klaar is voor inspecties.
  • Afstemmen met engineering, quality, maintenance en leveranciers.

📝 Jouw profiel

Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht in complexe technische trajecten. Je maakt op basis van je analytische ingesteldheid doordachte afwegingen en communiceert helder met verschillende stakeholders. Je neemt eigenaarschap over je projecten en volgt acties consequent op.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in engineering, wetenschappen of industriële technologie.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen validatie, engineering of GMP-productie.
  • Je hebt kennis van GMP, GDP, data integrity en quality risk management.
  • Je hebt ervaring met equipment-, facility- of utility qualification.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
