Als functioneel analist sla je de brug tussen business en IT en werk je mee aan toekomstgerichte oplossingen binnen het domein openbare verlichting.

  • Je stemt af met collega’s uit onder meer investeringswerken, exploitatie, asset management, klantendienst, aankoop/logistiek en IT, en bouwt daarbij een sterk intern netwerk op.
  • Je onderzoekt complexe businessnoden en vertaalt die, ook over verschillende domeinen heen, naar heldere functionele vereisten en passende IT-oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de opmaak van projectdefinities, roadmaps en product backlogs en draagt actief bij aan de prioritering van behoeften.
  • Je werkt functionele analyses uit op een detailniveau waarmee ontwikkelteams efficiënt aan de slag kunnen.
  • Je bewaakt mee de juiste balans tussen functionaliteit, gebruiksgemak, onderhoudbaarheid, schaalbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je creëert draagvlak bij stakeholders en werkt constructief samen met businessanalisten, gebruikers, architecten, ontwikkelaars en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je ondersteunt de implementatie, verankering en verdere optimalisatie van opgeleverde oplossingen.
  • Je neemt KIR-activiteiten (Kleine Infrastructurele Realisaties) en maintenance-opdrachten op binnen het applicatielandschap van openbare verlichting.
  • Je past courante methodieken toe rond projectwerking en procesanalyse, zoals Agile/Scrum, procesmodellering, UML en continue verbetering.
  • Je verdiept je in processen rond asset management, netuitbating, klanteninteractie en supply chain, samen met de ondersteunende systemen en organisatiecontext.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als functioneel analist in een complexe omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de energiesector is vereist. Kennis van het domein openbare verlichting is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring in projecten die werken volgens een Agile methodologie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische bagage en voldoende kennis van softwareontwikkeling om code te lezen, bugs op te sporen en technisch onderbouwd in gesprek te gaan.
  • Kennis van .NET-ontwikkelingen is belangrijk voor deze rol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van functionele testen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Jira en Confluence.
  • Je hebt inzicht in projectmethodiek, procesmodellering, UML, SOA en PowerBI.
  • Je kan het overzicht bewaren zonder het operationele en pragmatische aspect uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je bent analytisch, leergierig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je denkt conceptueel en hebt oog voor synergie tussen processen, systemen en betrokken teams.
  • Je houdt bij je analyses en voorstellen rekening met de eindgebruiker, in het bijzonder lokale besturen.
