Over de opdracht

Voor een grootschalige renovatie van een historisch kantoorgebouw in Brussel zoeken we een ingenieur speciale technieken binnen Facility Management. In deze rol ondersteun je de projectverantwoordelijke van de dienst Uitrusting en Techniek tijdens het volledige traject, van aanbesteding tot commissioning en ingebruikname.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Plannen en functioneringsschema's van technische installaties beoordelen en valideren.
  • Technische keuzes uitwerken en onderbouwen, met aandacht voor duurzaamheid, onderhoudbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid.
  • Offertes opvragen, analyseren en vergelijken, en ramingen en technische oplossingen inhoudelijk toetsen.
  • De uitvoering op de werf opvolgen, technische fiches nakijken en werfverslagen opstellen.
  • Voorlopige opleveringen begeleiden samen met installateurs en de openstaande punten verder opvolgen.
  • Technische vragen van interne stakeholders, waaronder veiligheidsdiensten en IT, behandelen.
  • Meewerken aan bestekken voor onderhoud en levering van installaties en de evoluties in de markt opvolgen.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een master met technische of bouwkundige oriëntatie, bijvoorbeeld als burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur of architect, of je beschikt over minstens 15 jaar relevante ervaring in speciale technieken.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring, waarvan 5 jaar binnen grote technische projecten in tertiaire gebouwen.
  • Je kan ervaring voorleggen met werfopvolging in een multitechnische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van speciale technieken zoals elektriciteit, HVAC, sanitair, liften, zwakstroom, hoogspanning, branddetectie en sprinklerinstallaties.
  • Ervaring met geothermie en warmtepompen, in-row cooling of CRAC, BMS of GTC, security management en toegangscontrole, Smart Building, datanetwerken en datacenters, en audio-video is een plus.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands of Frans uitstekend, hebt minstens een B2-niveau in de andere landstaal en beschikt over een goede technische kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent beschikbaar vanaf januari 2027.
