Voor projecten binnen het Gemeenschappelijk Landbouwbeleid (GLB) 2023-2027 zoeken we een senior .NET-expert die technische oplossingen organisatiebreed helpt realiseren.

Je werkt over de verschillende IT-domeinen heen en ondersteunt de teams bij bredere technische vraagstukken. Je brengt verbeteringen in kaart, formuleert oplossingen en voert die waar nodig zelf door. Daarbij werk je samen met teams voor ontwikkeling, exploitatie en architectuur en stem je af met de business.

Ongeveer de helft van je tijd besteed je aan organisatiebrede, horizontale verbeteringen. De andere helft werk je als lid van een IT-ontwikkelteam mee aan concrete projecten en toepassingen. Zo behoud je de aansluiting met de dagelijkse werking, de specifieke uitdagingen van de teams en de toepassingen waarvoor zij verantwoordelijk zijn.

📝 Jouw profiel

Essentiële ervaring en kennis

  • Minimaal 10 jaar voltijdse, professionele en aantoonbare ervaring met .NET en C#.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar voltijdse, professionele en aantoonbare ervaring als technical lead in .NET-projecten, waarvan minstens 4 jaar in een organisatiebrede context met samenwerking tussen IT-teams en de business.
  • Uitstekende aantoonbare kennis van en minimaal 36 maanden aantoonbare ervaring met browser-side JavaScript, bijvoorbeeld met Angular of AngularJS.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met ASP.NET Core of een gelijkaardige technologie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met WCF, ASP.NET Web API, CSS en Entity Framework 6.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van relationele databanken.
  • Uitstekende aantoonbare ervaring met ASP.NET MVC. In de aangeleverde aanvraag wordt hiervoor zowel minimaal 36 als 60 maanden ervaring vermeld. Verifieer welke drempel van toepassing is.
  • Goede aantoonbare kennis van objectgeoriënteerd programmeren.
  • Bereidheid om nieuwe ontwikkelingen op te volgen en die kennis met collega’s te delen.
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief en brengt nieuwe ideeën aan.

Aanvullende kennis

  • Kennis van en ervaring met unit-testen.
  • Kennis van Oracle SQL en PL/SQL.
  • Kennis van Angular Material.
  • Kennis van CSS en Bootstrap.
  • Kennis van TFS en/of Git.
  • Kennis van een Agile-methodologie, bij voorkeur Scrum.
