Voor een strategisch programma rond device assembly zoeken we een ervaren Project Lead Assembly. Je ondersteunt een lopend project voor de opzet en optimalisatie van een manueel assemblageproces en werkt tegelijk mee aan de ontwikkeling richting (semi-)automatisatie.

Het project speelt zich af in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving en focust op de assemblage van zeer kleine, complexe medische devices. De eerste fase richt zich op het manuele proces. Tegelijk leg je mee de basis voor toekomstige automatisering. De functie combineert technische diepgang met een zichtbare impact op operations.

Jouw rol

Als Project Lead coördineer je het volledige traject en stuur je de technische uitvoering mee aan:

  • Je bewaakt de projectplanning, het budget en de scope.
  • Je stuurt de assemblage- en equipmentoplossingen technisch mee aan.
  • Je ondersteunt de inbedrijfstelling van machines en processen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, operations en andere stakeholders.
  • Je vertaalt bestaande processen, onder meer via Tech Transfer, naar een lokale en robuuste implementatie.
  • Je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer en volgt de activiteiten in de cleanroomomgeving op.
  • Je werkt mee aan de roadmap voor (semi-)automatische assemblage.

De functie bevindt zich op het snijvlak van Project Management en Process Engineering.

  • Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit met equipment.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een gereguleerde productieomgeving. Kennis van GMP is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt hands-on: je coördineert niet alleen, maar draagt ook actief bij aan de uitvoering.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en toont een grote betrokkenheid bij het project.
  • Ervaring met manuele assemblage en/of automatisatietrajecten is een pluspunt.

Het gaat om een complex project met veel ruimte voor analyse en technische uitwerking.
