Jouw rol als QA Associate

Als QA Associate werk je binnen een kwaliteitsafdeling in een sterk gereguleerde farmaceutische omgeving. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van producten, processen en documentatie en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van afwijkingen, klachten en wijzigingen volgens de geldende regelgeving. In deze functie stem je af met interne collega’s en externe partners om de kwaliteitsstandaarden te borgen. Je draagt ook bij aan continue verbetering en een goede auditvoorbereiding.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Onderzoeken naar deviaties, klachten en andere kwaliteitsissues ondersteunen
  • CAPA’s coördineren en opvolgen tot een tijdige afsluiting
  • Batchdocumentatie beoordelen in functie van productvrijgave
  • Audits, inspecties en bijbehorende actieplannen mee ondersteunen
  • Wijzigingen beoordelen binnen het change management- en change control-proces
  • Leverancierskwalificaties en leveranciersopvolging ondersteunen
  • GMP- en kwaliteitsgerelateerde trainingen geven
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw en toepassing van QA-processen

📝 Jouw profiel

Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers parallel lopen. Je communiceert helder met collega’s en externe stakeholders en denkt kritisch mee over verbeteringen. Met je analytische aanpak herken je snel verbanden en risico’s binnen kwaliteitsprocessen.

Je brengt daarnaast het volgende mee:

  • Een bachelor in Life Sciences, Chemie, Engineering of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Quality Assurance in de farmaceutische sector
  • Grondige kennis van GMP en kwaliteitssystemen
  • Ervaring met batch review, deviations, CAPA, change management en change control
