Als Senior Process Engineer werk je aan het verbeteren van productieprocessen en het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van installaties. Je onderzoekt processen, brengt structurele verbeterpunten in kaart en vertaalt die naar concrete oplossingen met impact op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en rendement.

In deze rol neem je een technische trekkersrol op binnen verbeterprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, ondersteunt productlanceringen en bewaakt mee dat kwaliteitsdoelstellingen haalbaar blijven binnen de productieomgeving. Met jouw expertise draag je bij aan duurzame procesoptimalisatie en een stabiele productie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Procesverbeteringen en structurele efficiëntieproblemen identificeren
  • Procesoptimalisatieprojecten leiden binnen productieomgevingen
  • Technische problemen rond processen, systemen en equipment oplossen
  • Kwaliteitsdoelstellingen voor processen en materialen opstellen
  • Nieuwe productieapparatuur evalueren en hierover adviseren
  • Investeringsbudgetten voor procesimplementaties beheren
  • Cross-functionele teams coördineren binnen verbetertrajecten

📝 Jouw profiel

Je werkt analytisch en behoudt het overzicht in complexe technische situaties. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen projecten en weet collega's mee te krijgen in verbetertrajecten. Daarbij baseer je je beslissingen op feiten en data.

Hard skills

  • Bachelor of master in Ingenieurswetenschappen, Chemie of gelijkwaardig
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen procesengineering of productie
  • Ervaring binnen pharma, life sciences of een gereguleerde omgeving
  • Kennis van procesoptimalisatie, kwaliteitsmanagement en troubleshooting
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
