Jouw rol als Shutdown Planner Pharma

Voor een groot industrieel project in de farmaceutische sector zoeken we een Shutdown Planner die een centrale rol opneemt in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van geplande shutdowns. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden tijdig, veilig en volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en compliancevereisten worden ingepland. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectingenieurs, onderhoudsteams en plantcoördinatoren om een haalbare en betrouwbare planning uit te bouwen.

Door je ervaring in een GMP-omgeving weet je wat er verwacht wordt op het vlak van documentatie, processen en compliance. Je bundelt verschillende deelplanningen tot één helder geheel, volgt de voortgang nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stelt een integrale planning op in MS Project voor shutdown-, onderhouds- en projectactiviteiten en houdt die actueel.
  • Je werkt WBS-, SBS- en OBS-structuren uit voor een duidelijke projectopvolging.
  • Je brengt onderhouds-, engineering- en projectplanningen samen in één overzichtelijk schema.
  • Je analyseert kritieke paden, interferenties en planningsrisico's.
  • Je maakt KPI-rapporteringen, S-curves en voortgangsrapportages op.
  • Je verwerkt scopewijzigingen en voert SAP-gerelateerde analyses uit.
  • Je actualiseert dagelijks de planning en neemt deel aan shutdown- en projectmeetings.

Soft skills

Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en bewaart het overzicht wanneer prioriteiten of deadlines verschuiven.

Hard skills

  • Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen projectplanning of shutdown planning.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de farmaceutische sector en kennis van GMP- en compliancevereisten.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Project, Excel en SAP.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
