📋 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Je maakt deel uit van de sectie Systeembeheer binnen de ICT-dienst in Brugge. Je werkt samen met andere systeembeheerders en -analisten en rapporteert aan het sectiehoofd.

Binnen het derdelijnsteam ligt de focus op het datacenter, datacommunicatie en beveiliging. De ICT-omgeving is hybride en bestaat uit cloud- en on-premisecomponenten. Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en technologische innovaties op, beoordeelt hun mogelijke impact en adviseert over een geschikte aanpak. Vervolgens implementeer je de oplossing zelf of ondersteun je externe partijen bij de uitvoering.

  • Beheren en onderhouden van de ICT-infrastructuur, met aandacht voor datacenter, datacommunicatie en beveiliging.
  • Opvolgen en uitvoeren van installaties en gepland onderhoud tijdens het maandelijkse maintenance window.
  • Samenwerken met en begeleiden van interne ICT-medewerkers en externe installateurs of leveranciers.
  • Opzetten en begeleiden van proof-of-concepts voor nieuwe oplossingen.
  • Oplossen van complexe incidenten, problemen en wijzigingen.
  • Adviseren over cloud- en XaaS-oplossingen en conceptueel uitwerken van duurzame ICT-architecturen.
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van ITIL-processen, waaronder problem management en change management.
  • De configuration items en CMDB up-to-date houden voor de beheerde assets.
  • De ICT-infrastructuur monitoren en instaan voor analyse, capaciteitscontrole, capaciteitsbeheer en capaciteitsplanning.
  • De processen en systemen binnen het eigen beheer documenteren.

📝 Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over gespecialiseerde kennis van infrastructuurbeheer in een hybride ICT-omgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een derdelijnscontext en combineert technische diepgang met een adviserende aanpak.

  • Netwerk en datacommunicatie: configuratie van routers, switches, load balancers en firewalls; TCP/IP, IPv4/6, L2/3 switching en routing, VLAN's, BGP en VRRP.
  • Netwerkdiensten: LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS, VoIP, SIP en PoE.
  • Netwerkbeveiliging: beheren, opvolgen en verbeteren van beveiligingsmaatregelen, waaronder antimalware en intrusiedetectie.
  • Netwerkinfrastructuur: beheer van gesegmenteerde interne en externe netwerken, administratieve en IoT-netwerken, bekabelde infrastructuur via koper en glasvezel, draadloze netwerken en VPN-toegang.
  • Datacenter: beheer van compute en storage, virtualisatie van servers en desktops, disaster recovery, bedrijfscontinuïteit, back-up, restore, replicatie en NAS/SAN.
  • Platformen en technologie: Azure, Windows Server, MS SQL Server en VMware.
  • Werkwijze: ervaring met ITIL-processen en het documenteren en beheren van infrastructuurcomponenten.

Je bent bereid om interne medewerkers en externe partners technisch te begeleiden en complexe infrastructuurvraagstukken op te nemen.
