Als Maintenance Manager bouw je mee aan de professionalisering van de onderhoudsorganisatie binnen een Kinrooise productievestiging van een internationale groep. Je vormt een voornamelijk reactieve onderhoudswerking om naar een gestructureerde, proactieve aanpak met duidelijke prioriteiten en meer grip op stilstanden, spare parts en technische kennis.Onderhoudsorganisatie en dagelijkse werking* Breng de huidige onderhoudswerking, technische knelpunten en grootste risico's in kaart.* Structureer de dagelijkse opvolging van storingen, interventies en prioriteiten.* Ondersteun de ploegbaas en techniekers bij het professioneel organiseren van onderhoudstaken.* Leg de basis voor preventief onderhoud en een planmatige onderhoudsaanpak.* Verminder de impact van technische stilstanden, met specifieke aandacht voor de carrouselhallen.* Bouw de reactieve werking stap voor stap om naar voorspelbaar onderhoud.Maintenance excellence en structurele verbetering* Borg technische kennis beter binnen de organisatie.* Professionaliseer het beheer van spare parts, werkmiddelen en onderhoudsjobs.* Onderzoek de selectie en implementatie van een passend CMMS.* Introduceer praktische onderhoudsstandaarden die aansluiten bij de werkvloer.* Creëer draagvlak bij ervaren medewerkers en stimuleer een verbetergerichte mindset.* Vertaal onderhoudsdata, stilstandsanalyse en prioriteiten naar een haalbare optimalisatieroadmap.Wat maakt deze rol uniek?* Directe impact op de betrouwbaarheid en toekomstbestendigheid van de onderhoudsorganisatie.* Bouw maintenance vanaf de basis professioneel mee uit binnen een productieomgeving in verandering.* Combineer technische expertise, change management en operationele pragmatiek.* Krijg autonomie om prioriteiten te bepalen en een roadmap richting proactief onderhoud uit te werken.

* Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechniek, industriële engineering of een vergelijkbare richting.* Je hebt ervaring in maintenance management, onderhoudsorganisatie of technische leiding binnen een productieomgeving.* Je kent preventief onderhoud, storingsanalyse, spare parts management, werkvoorbereiding en onderhoudsplanning.* Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten of verbeteren van onderhoudsprocessen en bij voorkeur met CMMS-systemen zoals Ultimo, Rimses, Maximo of gelijkaardige tools.* Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar nog weinig structuur aanwezig is en verandering stap voor stap wordt opgebouwd.* Je combineert technische geloofwaardigheid met pragmatiek, standvastigheid en sterke communicatie op de werkvloer.
