Als Maintenance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, aansturen en optimaliseren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten zodat de productie veilig, conform de regelgeving en zonder onnodige stilstanden kan verlopen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Onderhoudsmanagement

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van preventieve en predictieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Coördineren van correctief onderhoud en storingsinterventies.
  • Verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties.
  • Beheer van kritische reserveonderdelen en technische voorraden.
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsbudgetten.
  • Aansturen van externe onderhoudspartners en contractors.

Veiligheid & Compliance

  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen een risicogevoelige productieomgeving.
  • Implementeren en bewaken van ATEX-, Seveso-, milieu- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en incidentonderzoeken.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van audits en inspecties.

People Management

  • Leidinggeven aan onderhoudstechniekers, planners en externe contractors.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van het onderhoudsteam.
  • Organiseren van permanenties en interventiediensten.
  • Actief uitdragen van een sterke veiligheidscultuur.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyseren en verbeteren van KPI's zoals: OEE MTBF MTTR Onderhoudskosten Beschikbaarheid van installaties
  • Implementeren van Lean, TPM en Root Cause Analysis-methodieken.
  • Initiëren van verbeterprojecten rond betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Master Industriële Wetenschappen, Burgerlijk Ingenieur in Elektromechanica, Werktuigkunde of Automatisering.
  • Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen onderhoud in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen chemie, farmacie, procesindustrie, defensie, explosieven of andere hoog gereguleerde omgevingen is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van: Mechanica Elektriciteit PLC-gestuurde installaties Pneumatica en hydraulica CMMS-systemen (SAP PM, Maximo, Coswin...) ATEX- en Seveso-regelgeving
  • Sterke people manager met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Analytisch, resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig.
  • Vlotte communicator die snel vertrouwen opbouwt binnen een organisatie.
