We're building the AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams, combining prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research and outreach into one product so sales teams can focus on what truly matters: selling. No wasted time, just results.
After raising a €5M seed round, we're scaling internationally and growing the team behind the product. That means more users, more data, more integrations and harder engineering problems exactly the stage where strong engineers have an outsized impact.
As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll have real ownership from day one across the whole product: high-throughput backend workflows, integrations, AI-powered features and polished web experiences. You'll own meaningful problems end to end and help shape both the product and the engineering standards of a company entering its next stage of growth.

About the role
We're looking for an engineer who is comfortable anywhere in the stack from a Temporal workflow to a React component and who wants to own features from the first conversation with Product to production.
You'll join early enough to shape the systems, standards and product, at a stage where scale and customer demand already create real engineering challenges.

What you'll own
- End-to-end features: ship complete functionality across backend and frontend, with a clear focus on quality, reliability and speed
- Backend services: build scalable services, async workflows and data pipelines (Temporal), plus production-grade APIs and integrations with CRMs, LinkedIn and more
- Web product: develop responsive React + TypeScript applications: dashboards, campaign builders and reporting UIs
- Performance & observability: optimize performance on both sides of the stack, debug complex issues and keep the system observable
- Product partnership: collaborate closely with Product and Design to scope work and make the right trade-offs
- Engineering standards: help shape engineering practices, code quality and architecture as we scale
About you
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with real work on both backend and frontend
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React
- Solid understanding of modern API design, async workflows and web architectures
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code
- Strong communication skills and an advanced level of English
- Bias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup
Nice to have
- Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g. Temporal), distributed systems or microservices
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka or third-party API integrations
- Knowledge of UI performance optimization or design systems
- CI/CD practice with GitHub Actions
- Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups
- Interest in B2B SaaS, sales tech or automation tools
