About Enginy
The next great GTM company is being built in Barcelona
Enginy is a Barcelona-based startup and one of Southern Europe's fastest-growing companies - ranked #3 in the Sifted 100: Southern Europe 2026, and we're just getting started.
We're building the AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams, combining prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research and outreach into one product so sales teams can focus on what truly matters: selling. No wasted time, just results.
After raising a €5M seed round, we're scaling internationally and growing the team behind the product. That means new markets, new channels and more leads flowing in - and a marketing engine that needs solid systems underneath it to scale.
We're hiring our first dedicated Marketing Operations Specialist to own those systems. You'll take over work our Operations Lead currently does himself: the attribution system, UTMs, ads-to-HubSpot mapping and the weekly ad report and turn it into automated systems that run without anyone pulling data by hand. If you'd rather build the machine than feed it, this is the moment: early enough to design it your way, with enough real volume and markets that it matters.
About the role
Marketing Operations makes every marketing channel measurable, connected and improvable. You'll own how a lead gets tracked, attributed, nurtured and handed to Sales, and you'll build the reporting that shows what's really working, across Spain, UK & Ireland, DACH and Italy.
This is a hands-on role: you build, analyze and report, and you challenge what you see. A channel can look healthy on its own platform and still fail to turn into leads, demos or MRR. Finding that, and fixing it, is the job. It's a systems job, not a reporting job: around 70% of your week is protected deep work.
We are not looking for a content, copywriting, brand or paid media buying profile. Strategy and creative stay with Marketing; you make sure it all connects, converts and gets measured.
Visitor → tracking → lead → nurturing → routing → demo → pipeline → MRR
What you'll own
- Lead lifecycle in HubSpot (marketing side): forms, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution properties, the MQL→SQL handoff, and nurturing that moves leads through the awareness stages, later extended to closed-lost and open deals.
- Routing and speed-to-lead: routing rules for inbound leads, a response-time SLA agreed with Sales and alerts when it's missed; non-ICP leads routed to Partners by rule; intent signals for lead magnet leads (opens in the last 24h/48h, clicks, magnet engagement) and the Sales sprint cadence for working them.
- Demo show-up rate: build and automate the reminder and confirmation sequences for booked demos, and measure what moves the needle.
- Tracking and attribution: Google Tag Manager, stape, offline conversions, UTMs and LinkedIn, Meta and Google ad managers mapped to HubSpot. You'll maintain and extend a complex attribution system and be able to add a new channel on your own.
- Reporting that runs without you: channel and market reporting in HubSpot and Looker, BigQuery/SQL models, and Claude-powered routines and skills that surface insights. No manual pulls.
- Captiwate and channel optimization: bring visitor identification data into our own dataset and dashboards, and improve the funnel for LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn organic, SEO, webinars and email nurture: tracking, funnel and conversion, never strategy or creative.
- Critical analysis and strategic projects: a monthly step back on how every channel really performs (leads vs. vanity metrics, where the funnel leaks), plus one channel at a time, picked with Andrea and Miguel, where you build the system that multiplies its lead output. Everything is documented as SOPs so nothing depends on one person.
About you
- 1.5+ years in marketing operations, growth ops, revenue operations or similar, across the full lead lifecycle. You know how to move a lead through the awareness stages with nurturing.
- Hands-on HubSpot: properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms and reporting.
- Tracking and attribution experience: UTMs, Google Tag Manager and connecting ad platforms to a CRM.
- You build with Claude Code or Codex: automations, routines or skills that do real work, not just prompting a chat. You can show us something you've shipped.
- You've built dashboards and reports people actually use (HubSpot, Looker, Looker Studio or similar).
- A critical mind: you question metrics that don't turn into pipeline, and you check the data before trusting it, whether it came from an AI or an ad platform.
- English and Spanish, and able to work fully in person in Barcelona.
- Builder mindset: ownership, speed, and a preference for small, solid systems over big promises.
Nice to have
- SQL and BigQuery.
- Server-side tracking (stape), offline conversions, Framer or visitor identification tools.
- LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads from the operations side, B2B SaaS background or experience across international markets.
