Buscamos um(a) Coordenador de Unidade para atuar na gestão da unidade Engravida Rio de Janeiro/RJ. Com responsabilidade direta sobre a operação, às equipes e à experiência do paciente.

Essa posição exige presença, maturidade, habilidades para gestão e capacidade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, que demanda organização, tomada de decisão e liderança próxima das equipes.

Atribuições:

  • Coordenar integralmente as operações da unidade, assegurando eficiência, qualidade de atendimento, assistencial e alinhamento aos padrões institucionais.
  • Coordenar e desenvolver a equipe multidisciplinar da unidade, promovendo engajamento, desempenho e ambiente de trabalho saudável.
  • Planejar, organizar e sustentar os processos operacionais da clínica, atuando de forma estruturante e prática, com foco em melhoria contínua.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho assistenciais, operacionais e de experiência do paciente, propondo e implementando ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Atuar como principal interlocutor(a) da unidade junto aos pacientes (quando necessário), garantindo uma jornada acolhedora, ética e alinhada aos valores da empresa.
  • Garantir a correta execução das rotinas administrativas e operacionais da clínica, em alinhamento com as áreas corporativas.
  • Contribuir para a definição e execução das estratégias e metas da unidade, assegurando aderência à visão, diretrizes e cultura da empresa.
  • Sustentar padrões, orientar o time e lidar com situações sensíveis do dia a dia da operação clínica.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente.
  • Ensino superior completo em áreas da saúde, administração ou correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia na área da saúde e na condução de equipes.
  • Vivência em ambientes assistenciais que exigem organização, tomada de decisão e gestão de pessoas.
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, com domínio de Excel e/ou Google Sheets para acompanhamento de indicadores e rotinas.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em clínicas de reprodução humana.
  • Vivência em gestão de clínicas, hospitais ou serviços de saúde.
  • Formação ou especialização em áreas de gestão e qualidade.
