Buscamos um Coordenador Financeiro para atuar na gestão das rotinas financeiras, no acompanhamento dos resultados e no aprimoramento dos processos e controles da área.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar as rotinas financeiras, incluindo contas a pagar e a receber, cobrança, fluxo de caixa, conciliações, entre outros.
  • Sustentar o processo de apresentação de orçamento ao paciente, garantindo critérios claros, aderência às regras e apoio às equipes.
  • Acompanhar o planejamento financeiro, os indicadores e os resultados, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Monitorar fechamentos, relatórios gerenciais e informações contábeis, garantindo consistência e confiabilidade dos dados.
  • Estruturar e aprimorar processos, controles e procedimentos, promovendo padronização e eficiência operacional.
  • Acompanhar a execução orçamentária e apoiar análises que contribuam para a gestão financeira do negócio.
  • Orientar e desenvolver a equipe, organizando prioridades, acompanhando entregas e promovendo melhoria contínua.
  • Atuar em parceria com as unidades e demais áreas, fortalecendo a integração e a qualidade das práticas financeiras.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime PJ, 100% presencial na unidade de São Paulo.
  • Ensino superior completo em Finanças, Economia, Administração ou correlatas.
  • Habilidade com Excel ou Google Sheets e familiaridade com indicadores e análises financeiras.
  • Conforto para atuar em um contexto que exige execução intensa, melhoria contínua e construção de base.
  • Capacidade de atuação como ponto focal de múltiplas unidades.

  • Experiência com múltiplas unidades ou operações descentralizadas.
  • Vivência nos segmentos de saúde ou serviços.
  • Experiência com sistemas financeiros, orçamento e melhoria de processos.
