1.全日制本科以上学历，计算机或其他相关专业； 2.有良好的编程能力，熟悉C/C++，有面向对象设计的基础； 3.了解Linux环境下得调试和运行工具，熟悉某种脚本语言； 4.在开源社区贡献过代码者优先，有Framework软件，SDK开发经验者优先； 5.有ACM比赛经验，有证书的优先考虑； 6.有操作系统内核维护或开发经验的优先考虑； 7.掌握Python以及QT开发的优先考虑； 8.熟悉adaptive autosar 优先考虑。
