1.全日制本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业； 2.具备相关中间件的开发经验； 3.具备5W行以上的量产研发经验； 4.3年以上SOA架构设计、开发和应用的经验； 5.熟悉服务架构.服务目录架构和服务组合架构设计； 6.利用建模工具可以实现服务的封装定义； 7.熟悉面向服务架构的工程开发流程和方法，对服务接口的测试和验证方式比较熟悉； 8.熟悉AUTOSAR架构以及汽车电子相关软件架构的优先考虑； 9.有意愿从事车载控制系统软件架构设计和开发，具有良好的自学能力，和对新技术领域有求知欲。
