1. 全日制本科以上学历，车辆，计算机、电子、自动化、软件等相关专业； 2. 有自动驾驶开发或者测试经验，熟练掌握C语言，能够进行嵌入式的测试开发工作； 3. 熟练掌握驱动CI/CD相关的jenkins，gitlab等工具的使用，能根据项目要求设计和实现DevOps相关工作； 4. 有自动化测试经验，掌握自动化测试相关的python语言，能在不同平台上进行自动化测试开发； 5. 了解硬件电路知识，能基于mcu和soc开展测试验证工作； 6. 具备自我驱动学习能力，乐于接受挑战性工作； 7. 具备优秀的团队合作和沟通能力。
