  • Entwicklung und Vorgabe von kreativen Leitideen, Konzepten und Social-First-Ansätzen für Kampagnen und Marken
  • Kreative Steuerung von Projekten von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Management, Strategie und Produktion, um kreative Ideen erfolgreich umzusetzen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Creative Teams sowie Förderung von Talenten und kreativen Potenzialen
  • Verantwortung für die kreative Qualität und den Output des Teams über alle Projekte und Kund:innen hinweg
  • Entwicklung klarer kreativer Briefings und Sparring mit Creative:s bei Konzept, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Präsentation kreativer Konzepte gegenüber Kund:innen sowie Begleitung von Pitches
  • Beobachtung von Social-Media-Trends, Popkultur und neuen Plattform-Mechaniken sowie Übertragung relevanter Entwicklungen auf unsere Arbeit
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer kreativen Standards und Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer Kreativ-, Social- oder Digitalagentur mit und hast bereits ein Creative:s Team oder kreative Projekte geführt
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Social Media und weißt, was starke Ideen auf TikTok, Instagram und YouTube ausmacht
  • Du denkst konzeptionell in Social Content und besitzt ein Gespür für aufmerksamkeitsstarke Hooks
  • Du hast ein klares Verständnis für wirksame Creator:innen-Briefings und ein Gespür für den richtigen Creative-Fit
  • Du hast einen geschärften Blick für Content-Details und die Fähigkeit, Edits durch klares Feedback auf das nächste Level zu heben
  • Du bist ein:e starke:r Sparringspartner:in und weißt, wie du Creative:s in ihrer Entwicklung unterstützt
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst kreative Ideen souverän vor Kund:innen präsentieren und vertreten
  • Du verbindest einen hohen kreativen Anspruch mit einem pragmatischen Blick auf Timings, Budgets und Machbarkeit
  • Du bist organisationsstark, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten und Teams den Überblick
  • Du hast ein starkes Portfolio, das deine kreative Handschrift und die Arbeiten zeigt, auf die du besonders stolz bist? Dann her damit
