Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung kreativer, aufmerksamkeitsstarker Content-Konzepte und Social-First-Ideen für unterschiedliche Plattformen und Zielgruppen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und kreative Steuerung von Produktionen von der ersten Idee über das Script bis hin zum fertigen Asset
  • Entwicklung plattformspezifischer Formate für TikTok, Instagram und YouTube mit einem sicheren Gespür für Trends, Hooks und visuelles Storytelling
  • Kreative Führung von Produktionen und Steuerung beteiligter Teams, Creatives und Partner:innen
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von kreativen Konzepten auf Basis von Markenstrategie, Zielgruppen und Kampagnenzielen
  • Kreative Begleitung von Schnitt, Editing und Motion Design mit Blick auf das volle visuelle Potenzial des Contents
  • Präsentation und Vermittlung von Konzepten gegenüber Kund:innen und internen Teams
  • Analyse der Content-Performance und Ableitung konkreter Learnings für zukünftige Produktionen
  • Sparring und Unterstützung von Junior Social Creative Producer:innen und anderen Teammitgliedern

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Produktion von Social-First-Content mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für TikTok, Instagram und YouTube und ein klares Gespür dafür, welche Trends und Formate Zielgruppen wirklich bewegen
  • Du sprichst die Sprache von Gen Z & Gen Alpha fließend und weißt, wie man daraus relevanten Content entwickelt
  • Du weißt, was kreativ und technisch machbar ist, und kannst Schnitt, Editing, Motion und visuelle Umsetzung sicher beurteilen und anleiten
  • Du kannst kreative Konzepte überzeugend präsentieren und sicher mit Kund:innen und Partner:innen kommunizieren
  • Du bist organisationsstark, behältst auch bei mehreren Produktionen und engen Timelines den Überblick und bringst Projekte zuverlässig ans Ziel
  • Du gibst konstruktives Feedback und unterstützt andere bei der Entwicklung ihrer Ideen
  • Du packst Dinge proaktiv an, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
  • Du hast ein starkes Portfolio, das deine Arbeit und deine Handschrift perfekt widerspiegelt? Dann her damit!
