Ons HR-team kan wel een frisse blik gebruiken! Wij hebben ruimte voor een enthousiaste HR-meewerkstagiaire vanaf februari. Ben jij die HR-student die graag meedraait in de praktijk, initiatief toont en niet bang is om vragen te stellen? Wil je leren, meedenken én bijdragen aan echte HR-uitdagingen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als HR-stagiaire bij Ennatuurlijk kom je terecht in een hecht HR-team van acht collega's: een HR Teammanager, twee HR Business Partners, een HR Adviseur, een Talent Acquisition Specialist en drie HR Officers. Samen zijn we verantwoordelijk voor alle HR-thema's binnen Ennatuurlijk. Doordat we een compact team zijn, zijn de lijnen kort en werken we nauw samen. We pakken vrijwel alles zelf op en hebben daardoor kennis van het volledige HR-vakgebied. Voor jou als stagiair(e) betekent dit een unieke kans om in korte tijd veel te leren en ervaring op te doen met uiteenlopende HR-onderwerpen.

Vanaf dag één draai je mee in de dagelijkse praktijk van HR. We nemen je mee in alles wat er speelt binnen onze afdeling en geven je de ruimte om te ontdekken waar jouw interesses liggen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan HR-projecten en krijg je volop gelegenheid om initiatief te nemen en eigen ideeën aan te dragen. Welke werkzaamheden en projecten je oppakt, stemmen we af op jouw leerdoelen, interesses en eventuele stageopdracht vanuit je opleiding. Om je een beeld te geven: onze vorige stagiair hield zich onder andere bezig met:

  • Het zelfstandig leiden of ondersteunen van HR-projecten, zoals het in kaart brengen en optimaliseren van HR-processen of het ontwikkelen van nieuw beleid;
  • Het organiseren van introductiedagen voor nieuwe collega's;
  • Het verbeteren en actualiseren van onze HR-intranetpagina;
  • Het beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers;
  • Recruitmentactiviteiten, van het schrijven van vacatureteksten en het screenen van kandidaten tot het deelnemen aan sollicitatiegesprekken.

En dat is nog maar een greep uit de mogelijkheden.

Wat we vragen?

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare studie;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar en geïnteresseerd in de verschillende facetten van het HR-vak;
  • Je bent enthousiast, proactief en leergierig;
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig, durft initiatief te nemen en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt prettig samen met verschillende collega's;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
